15* Days Return

Healthcults gives you the option to replace or return the products bought from within 15 days of the receipt of the order. We will either replace the product, exchange, or issue a credit note if the product requested is out of stock.

When return & exchanges are not possible:

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support & Exchange:

  • Opened or used bottles will not be accepted as return.

  • For issue like allergic reaction, gastric issue, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor differences from one brand to other etc., product will not be applicable for the return. Please consult a doctor before buying any of our product.

  • Return request is made outside the specific time frame.

  • Product is damage because of use of product is not in the same condition as you received it.

  • Product with tampered or missing serial number.

  • Items that are returned with our original packaging, freebies or accessories.

  • Improper storage of product. (As instructed on the product label)

What do I do if the product I have received is not as described?

f the product after opening is not as described, we request you to drop an email on immediately for assistance. You will be requested to share image/Invoice No./Product details etc. If the product received is not up to standard, you will receive a replacement, exchange or refund for the same.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

If product is returned, when will I get my refund?

All refunds are made by the same means as the payment of your original purchase. If you have paid credit card we will need you to supply us with your card number for a refund, as this information is not retained by us after purchase, similarly for a direct bank payment please advise your bank account number.

You will be notify via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from MVR Biz.

You should receive your refund within three weeks of shipping your return, including the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 Business days), time for processing your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and time for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will inform you via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the returned item/s.

We are unable to provide a refund past their expiry date.

Returned product procedure

Please ensure that you include your NAME and ORDER Number on the returned items and in e-mail too, and retain your post office receipt for tracking purposes.

NOTE:- All returned products must be addressed as set out below and include your name and address as sender. We would also welcome any comment you may wish to share upon returning your product(s) as we are always looking to improve our product, services and customer experience.
